I didn't use this for a ring but find the corner slot holder part to be very attractive. I think it would showcase a ring beautifully from that angle. I used it for a button I was gifting and though the same.Velvet doesn't look cheap or flaky like some of these can, it is a quality made box.

I like the way this box opens. It actually showcases the ring instead of the ring box, although the purple velvet box is lovely and true to the color shown. The detail of the strap across the top of the box with the gold metal accent elevates this box to something rich looking and special. This box can be used to show off a ring or rings in a display case, great for antique pieces. The box is well-made and sturdy. It comes in many other great colors too.

I make jewelry and I purchased this for a set of wedding rings I'm making. You could easily fit both wedding rings and her engagement ring inside, and the quality of the box feels very high end. Luxurious velvet, sturdy hinges, and rich colors just make this the perfect, functional keepsake. Definitely will be getting more of these!

This is a really pretty ring box. The lid has a gold-tone accent clasp that elevates the look. I'm giving it to a young woman in the family so she has somewhere to put her rings if she has to take them off to do the dishes or something.
