You get what you pay for. It's a beautiful box, great details and design, but the base is much lighter than the top. I typically have the box open so I can easily place back my engagement ring and every so often I'll find the box tipped back.

This is a beautiful filigree velvet ring box. It is best left closed all the time. I opened it a total of 4 times in 10 days and on the 4th time the top broke off from the bottom. This is a VERY FLIMSY ring box. Buy something else until they change the quality.

The design and the velvet is really nice. Had to brush the velvet to clean it right away though. Also the bottom and top is a little flimsy but still fits in my pocket for easy concealment without bending. Overall it is great value for the price and a nice looking proposal box
