The other ones I had did not have screw on backs and would fall out of my ears because I’ve had stretched ears for so long. I was searching everywhere for a pair of gems like these with the metal sides to hold them in the ear better. I love them so much !

Looked beautiful out of the box, packaged really well, but once opened and cleaned for 1st use some of the silver color behind the stone came off and rusted and looked terrible. Ordered replacements thinking these just had a bad seal but same problem. Beautiful as long as you don't clean them.
