I bought this set of jewelry for my Medusa piercing and my nose ring. The pink opalescent one looks adorable on my philtrum, it isn't too big or too small. It has the perfect amount of shine to it. It blends a little with my skin color as I have a rosy undertone. So when it sparkles, it's super pretty. The clear gem was for my nose which was a little too big for that so I gave it to my mom who has her labret done and it looks fantastic on her. Love it!

Small studs so you’ll need to account for that when putting them in, you may need another set of hands depending on your placement. I found out the hard way that there was a sharp edge that iritated my piercing, so I swapped it for the other one & treated the cut like I would a new piercing . I also had to superglue one stone back in after it popped out during package opening. They are cute and don’t get caught in my hair though.

Fell out of my nose first night. I actually found it, but now I'm scared of it. I made certain it snapped in properly. I'll be buying something different as I don't want to have to take out my piercing jewelery night. Glad I didn't suck it down my throat or lung or what not. That would be a super stupid way to die. Haha.

I’ve had my nose pierced for almost 20 years and never had a problem. I put this in and it starts to make my nose inflamed and infected. Practically melted my skin and now I have a HUGE red mark on my nose. 0/5 stars if I could.
