Very cute and brings a lot of attention. The jewel is threaded in the back so it makes it very difficult to install the jewelry properly. You will need two sets of small needle nose pliers from a jewelry making kit. I only had one plier and long skinny tweezers. Took about 30 minutes to get it right. I used the tweezers to hold the ring and the pliers to hold the threaded stone. Worked in my favor.

The screw is soo tiny. I would suggest some sort of magnetic screw driver like inside an eyeglass repair kit.However, once in. It looks great!

This is just as it was described! I have 4 stars because it is really difficult to screw the gem back in the hoop. Took me quite a while to do it and a ton of frustration. Worth the hassle though.

Really hard to screw in because it's too tiny but it did fall off easy. Cute but I wouldn't buy it again. I think I only had it in for 2 weeks

This pretty but terrible!!! Incredibly difficult to get the stone off to get into my nose in the first place, and then virtually impossible to get the stone screwed back in because of the angle, shortness of the threading post and proximity to a very sensitive area(septum). It's back in the box unscrewed because I struggled just as badly to put it together without ANYTHING in the way, like my nose, and still impossible... the photo is my pinky finger nail that is 1/8" long next to the post that needs to be screwed into the front of the hoop, not the bottom, the FRONT which makes lining it up really difficult, AAAAAND i dropped it at least 30 times, MORE anxiety... it's well enough made I guess, just incredibly poor thoughtless design error... I wanted to wear it so bad because it's BEAUTIFUL, but entirely way too frustrating to get in place. I have lots of piercings and tattoos, so I'm not new to jewelry being finicky, but this is by far the most difficult piece of body jewelry I've ever encountered....
