I ordered the 4 piece set all wirg different engraving instructions for all 4 sides. The seller responded quickly and the pieces were all done perfectly. I kept 2 for myself, and my son and daughter each have one of the remaining pieces and we are all so happy with them. The engraving is legible, the sizing is just right and the weight of the pendants is much heavier than I thought it would be. The only thing I would change I the lenght of the chain, however I added an extender to both of mine and it's fine.

These came and are cute but I had three sides engraved so I thought they would leave the side that lays against my chest blank. How ever, they engraved on the side that lays against my chest and then left one of the sides blank. Just not what I expected thought that would be obvious. So be very detailed when ordering.

Good price Difficult to get a hold of seller, font was incorrect on the side, bigger than expected. Would have been been a 5 if the font wasn’t incorrect.

This is a great product I only have one gripe with - I followed the instructions on the ordering page for what would appear on the front, left, back, and right.... but it wasn't printed following those directions and the quote doesn't really make sense the way it's done. The second one one had 2 sides to print - front and back, but it ended up front and side. Oh well, but they should figure that out.Otherwise I love it and wear it 24/7. I'm really thrilled because I'm highly allergic to something in cheap jewelry, but I've been wearing this on the chain it came with for a couple months with NO reaction, which is really unusual for more "non-expensive" jewelry I buy. Nor has the coror worn off at all on either the pendant or chain (which is the perfect length). The fact I've been wearing it 24 7 with no issues makes me really happy, and I recommend this to anyone with similar sensitivity. They just need to figure out how to coordinate the instructions on the ordering page with the actual manufacture, or else it kinda defeats the point.Still it's pretty cool to get 2 personalized products which are made of quality material for such a reasonable price.
