I bought this alert charm for my husbands key ring to use before his medical alert bracelet arrived. He continues to keep it on his key ring anyway. It's better to have too many medical alerts than not enough. He's a cardiac patient and we didn't want to take any chances. The quality is great and it arrived faster than expected.

I bought this engraved back on 10/26/16 & didn't receive it till 11/16/16, so expect shipping to take a while from China. The disc is very thick with an engraved "Star of Life" on the front and on the back you can add what you want engraved from 5 different writing fonts. My three complaints (the reason for the minus one star) chain could be a little thicker, chain length is close to 22" not the 24" & I dislike the lobster claw clasp because it tends to break easily (maybe to rip it off in case of an emergency, but wishful thinking). Since getting this necklace it has not left my neck; water, sweat & sunshine have yet to fade it & if it ever does, I will be back to update my review. No discoloration stains have come from this necklace either & personally I don't think it will stain anybody's skin, it is that nicely made.
