I brought this for my husband so he could have apart of our dog with him. It has a good weight to it, the chain is beautiful, it has a nice length, and it has a easy access at the top to insert and store the Ashes. the only issue we saw was the picture looked a little digital, but that wasn’t a issues for bother us. We were a little concerned that if the necklace happens to loosen and spin while wearing it could drop off, but it’s on pretty tight and has a good hold so we’re not too worried about that. I’m not sure what will happen with long term wears, but it is definitely a good product, very affordable, came with all the tools needed to transfer the ashes and is great way to commentate our dog.

This is sturdy, the chain is sturdy, the claps is sturdy. Also loved that it's actually engraved instead of printed on.A lot of these other companies will say "engraved" and they actually just print so then it eventually just rubs off.- This one is actually engraved and very nice

I am not one who submits reviews but considering the purpose of this purchase and the deepest disappointment I feel with what I received, I need to express my disappointment. How can any business owner ship something like this and be proud? Its a complete scam to ship this with a no return policy knowing the picture cannot even be seen. What is sad is my iphone makes this look better than what it even is. this zoomed in picture does not even show truly how bad it is. If I try to take the picture at any distance you cannot see anything. I cannot imagine how any company could find this acceptable quality to send someone as a an item to cherish their loved ones. So sad for my daughter, who this was purchased for, and our beloved pet. She deserves to be honored with more respect than this blurry picture.
