The media could not be loaded.  Doesn’t stay close always untwist. Purchased these for me and my siblings to put our brothers Ashe’s in. We’ve all been having the same issue. The price keeps randomly unscrewing and falling no matter how you tighten it. I recently lost the bottom part of my capsule because it unscrewed and fell somewhere while I was Christmas shopping. I was so devastated. I will purchase another chair urn but probably from somewhere else because of the quality me and my siblings are experiencing with these. They are beauty looking and a decent size the quality is just poor. The capsules are half filled because we weren’t sure if that’s why they were unscrewing and it still unscrews.
