I like my new medical bracelet. It is very easy to adjust & stays where you adjust it to. I feel comfortable wearing it in the shower because the band does not stay wet & soggy after the shower. The printing with my health info is very easy to read. Nice engraving. Very, very pleased with the product. Only thing that wasn’t positive is that it took weeks & weeks to arrive. Had to way a long time to receive it, other than that absolutely no complaints.

I bought this for my teenage grandson who has a medical problem. EMS would need to know his condition immediately so they can call ahead to the hospital. He did not want a traditional med alert bracelet because he didn't want kids to know. I had the alert printed on the back. He wears it and really likes it. I don't know how well it will hold up, but kids are busy and it the writing wears off I will just order another one.

The item was misplaced by the local carrier, however the company immediately sent a new item before the original was found 5 days later by a neighbor. Excellent customer service from Mandy @ Vnox, and Amazon cust serv as well.

My 17 yo son prefers the look of this over the metal silver chain one. It looks more like an accessory and less like a medical bracelet.I feel happy because it has his name, med dosages & my number in case paramedics are called. He wears it all the time, only takes it off to shower, and likes it. It's wearing really well and he says it's comfortable.

Please consider a non braided alert bracelet. The one we purchased came apart after two days of wear.

My daughter was diagnosed with epilepsy a couple of months ago. I am a nervous mom, so having her wear the bracelet gave me peace of mind that if something happened and first responders needed to know that she is epileptic, it would be available information. Unfortunately, the bracelet unravels. We have tried many times to tie it off, and even tried to glue it. It won’t stay, so I will be returning it to Amazon.

When I initially ordered this med ID bracelet, I set my expectations low. Upon ordering, my first order got lost in the mail (they ship from China) so I reached out to the seller who was very helpful. Within a week, I had a new bracelet (I was just so excited to get a replacement so quickly I didn't think they'd be no anyway it would be engraved with all of my ID information as well, but low and behold it was) Product quality is very good and so easy to slip on and off when getting in the shower, going for a swim, etc. Highly recommend product and their level of customer service.
