I was not aware of what was a floating diamond or stone. It means the stone is almost free floating or moving like a pendulum inside the main pendant.It gives this necklace a fascinating aspect like almost alive when my wife moves around. Mesmerizing piece.And she loves it so a big win for me!

I got this necklace for my daughter - it is a lot smaller than I expected, the actual pendant part is about the size of a dime. The way it is designed makes the moving "diamond" the focal point and the actual movement rocks back and forth in a way that keeps it constantly moving with your body when it's worn - it's very cool. The clasp is VERY small though, so people with nails, be prepared to ask for help, or struggle with it for a bit to get it on and off.The chain is a bit thin and dainty, but ultimately it matches the design of the necklace overall so it fits.The design is very unique and not something I have seen done very often, so I think this is a really cool "wow factor" type gift, and it is universal enough to be fitting for just about anyone who likes jewelry.The necklace comes with a little box/giftable setup, and is presented nicely.

This necklace is exquisite. The blue stone is floating & gives off a shimmering effect. The chain is adjustable. I love this it will go with many of my dresses & tops. The blue is a beautiful shade. Great for a gift for any occasion or just for yourself!
