The item can packaged nicely enough but it was bought as a gift and it needed a nice velvet type jewelry case. It is a beautiful necklace….in the posted photos but upon arrival the necklace was tarnishing as I opened it for the first time, the chain is very very fragile and flimsy it makes it look cheap which will reflect badly on us if I wereTo gift this as I had planned. Will be seeing about a full refund. I haven’t yet because it always seems to take me an hour so with customer reps and I just don’t have the time right now. Amazon please issue refund ASAP
