I love that these cane in different lengths because I really did not know what length I needed but this is perfect because you can change the bar to a smaller size when the swelling goes down after a fresh piercing. I have been wearing these for a few month now and have not had any irritation, and also haven't lost any balls! Definitely would purchase again!

These barbells were exactly what I was looking for; however, I was only able to get one of them to unscrew at the end so I could put it on. All the other ones were screwed in so tight prior to shipment, I couldn’t get the balls to unscrew. So I have 7 I can’t do anything with-

There are a ton included. I like the smaller sizes for tongue rings because it's more comfortable for me. It was nice to have the variety to see which was was best. The black does not come off which is another thing I was worried about. Definitely worth the money.
