Bought this necklace for my daughter to hold her grandmother's ashes close to her heart. She loved the fact that it was a highland cow and fits her personality wonderfully. Getting the ashes into the necklace was an undertaking. They do provide a very small funnel as well as a poker to poke the remains into the hole. No fault of the necklaces it was a hard task. You have to make sure you get the finest of the ashes into the funnel so that it will go in with ease. You also cannot see how full it really is as you fill it but still works out great and is very pretty. Also, comes with nice box and cloth to clean the silver with. My daughter has not worn in water yet. But we glued the top on so that it would not be a problem for her to be able to do that if she would like.
