I have a metal allergy and have no reaction to these. They are comfortable to wear. Been wearing since I got them and have yet to react. Sometimes the weld or backing might not be hypoallergenic but these are great. No itching or rash. And I like the compliments I get on my literal diamond earrings. Love the flat screw backs and I've yet to have to tighten them. Beautiful matte black finish. I ordered a second set.

Love the flat back, which make them very comfortable to sleep in.And I'm getting no irritation! I'm sensitive to most (cheap) jewelry, Stainless/Medical Steel & Silver are the only metals I can handle long term. Haven't taken these out in the 2 months I've owned them!
