As others have mentioned the pendant is a flat image, of the Valis marinaris side of Mars and its on both sides of the pendant. Its okay because that is the area that is best known for a Mars image. Its just a bauble, really, and mediocre quality. The chain is absolute trash though and very short. I opted to use some paracord rather than the chain.

Very nice necklace just needs to be held under light for a while before it glows in the dark.

the image of mars is simply a 2D picture in the middle. if it turns at all it looks like you are wearing a glass orb. Otherwise fine. the glow in the dark works well if placed in sunlight first.
