I loved the product overall, and it turned out to be a great gift for my boyfriend and I to share together. However, I will say that the chain is complicated to open and close and I had to switch out the one provided for a simplier one so it would be easier to take it on and off. Perhaps have a simplier chain and closing mechanism for the necklace, and then it would be perfect.
