While I have only had a few times that I have lost consciousness do to low blood sugars it is always a possibility. I also worry about being in an accident or some other medical emergency and it being important that someone helping me being aware that I'm diabetic. I have had several alert bracelets over the years and this is the most comfortable one ever. It seems to be very durable. Its comfortable enough I don't notice it. I've been wearing it nonstop have showered and swam with it with no signs of wear. It is very adjustable and would easily fit a large mans wrist or even some children. Small enough that it's suitable for a woman but not overly delicate enough a man would be uncomfortable wearing it. AND, it's extremely affordable.
