Got these as a gift for my daughter, she loves them and loves the color!

Let me start by saying I do not recommend this product. That is the end result of this review. Here's why: the earrings are very, very pretty. The blue is almost too blue, like the stunning waters of Greece. The white CZ surrounding the blue gem are stunning (and really much, much smaller than the picture). But for some unknown reason, the post has been flattened at the start. Imagine a pole and then imagine someone took a hammer and flattened out the tip of the pole, so it is no longer round at the beginning, but flat and wide. It wouldn't even go in my hole. So, I asked my mother to try them on and she was able to get one on - we never made it to the second. Here's why: it became stuck on her ear. We nearly called for assistance. It took 10 minutes to get the earring to unlatch. THESE EARRINGS ARE A BEAUTIFUL NIGHTMARE. No one wants to fight with an earring to wear it or fight with an earring to take it off. I don't know why they ruined this beautiful pair of earrings by flattening the post. Why did they do that?
