Purchased this for my wife who is a teacher and she loves it. For the price, you cannot beat this. Nice look on her and the purple apple was very different. The chain is dainty and thin, but most women's necklace chains are so I wasn't disappointed. Would make a great end of year gift for your child's teacher were she a woman.

My granddaughter bought this necklace for one of her teachers. It is really beautiful. It looks like a Purple Tiger's Eye. There is a ring around it that "moves" depending on the angle of the apple. I would definitely recommend this for ANYONE!!! Very HAPPY with this purchase. They also included a little Heart bracelet as a bonus gift!!! CUTE!!!!
