It’s extremely resistant, got this one back in February of 2023 i think probably way before that. I like black because it looks nice and it matches me. Swimming or shower no issues with the chain. For size, it fits perfect for 22 inch calves. A little tight, i just move it above ankle. I never had issues with blood circulation nor did it make me uncomfortable, itchy, etc. In fact, it’s very comfortable. Also not to mention my intense physical activity, like walking up hill everyday, groceries, no issues as well. Working out too like powerlifting, strength training, no issues. I recommend,looks nice.

I bought this a while ago and I’ve worn it daily, in the shower as well. It has not turned nor irritated me. I’m thinking of buying another for my other ankle. It’s soooo cute and I get compliments on it often.
