Everything works great. The silver cleaner removes all the tarnish with ease. The polishing cloths work great. The pink liquid makes your gemstones and diamonds shine like nothing else. The scent is wonderful and this cleaner has no harmful chemicals so it doesn't harm your jewelry. Don't hesitate to buy this it really works and it cleans everything and makes it look like new! You can even use it on costume jewelry. Will purchase again!

I have used this product for many years, for a home cleaning kit it works pretty good. It works on cleaning both gold and silver jewelry. I don't put my pearl or soft stone in the cleaner solution, but it works very well on diamonds, it makes them sparkle.

We lost EVERYTHING in a recent fire and the tiny bit of jewelry we could find was severely damaged other than a few little pieces. Been buying this product since it was introduced through QVC decades ago! I found it to be safe for all metals and gemstones including opals! A great smelling product that cleans and brightens jewelry with natural ingredients. I highly recommend this kit as the polish compound is great for sterling silver and gold. (Would not use polish on platings), but using the liquid and polishing cloth for plated pieces works fine! Great stuff to keep on hand!
