I have always been a Timex admirer, for their ease of use, price and wearability. This one is actually superior to any Timex I had with the exception for the band, it is somewhat uncomfortable. It's one of those bands that are inexplicably too tight on one hole and too loose on the next one, but I did not subtract a star for this, as comfort might be highly subjective. The crystal is recessed and protected just like on gshock watches. 200m water resistance is plenty enough for any water activity. The watch face is very legible, the light is great and the functionality is all there. One minor gripe is that it doesn't default to the main time view after switching to world time, you have to press the mode button 4 more times to get backCurrent time is displayed in all modes, which is a huge plus, compared to other Casio modules. All functions are immediately apparent without reading the manual, with the exception of the compass calibration. Once calibrated the compass is pretty accurate and definitely is usableNot going to bore you with all other functions descriptions - they are there. What else to say - good looking watch and very functional too, Casio thought everything through and didn't leave much out. Go buy one

This watch came to me and ever since I have been thrilled with the fit and functionality of the watch. Has all the necessities that you'd look for in a rugged and easy to use watch. Most of the other Casio watches that have a thermometer and a compass are costly and can set you back hundreds of dollars. This watch does all the others do for a FRACTION of the price. I have used the thermometer and compass and found that they are both easy to use and accurate. I wear this watch daily and have not had one issue. Water resistance is great and stays functional and easy to read in the elements and dust of the job. If you're thinking about getting this watch, don't hesitate and just bite the bullet. You'll love it!!

For under $45.00 this watch has all the alarm features you could want and had world time settings. The main reason I purchased it, was to review it on my channel, Hayes Tech. I was very impressed. But my favorite thing I liked was the compass and thermometer feature. Items like this you usually only find in more expensive watches, and I know, because I've reviewed several.

My experience. Watch is OK Not beautiful. Works well. The compass is dead on. Temp, I have to take the watch off and leave it until the temp quits changing. Everything else works like it should. I've seen someone say they calibrate the Temp on the wrist. I didn't see that in the manual. I'd like to know that. I got it for a do everything, everyday watch. Waterproof and if I get lost in the woods, I can find my way out. I've been lost before and it's easy when your in the woods. You go over one hill and the next before you know it you have know idea the direction back to your car. Spread out your hand, pretend each finger is the top of a ridge. When you top that ridge you have the right direction back but the next one turns you even more and you don't sense it. You think straight back to the car is the same after the next ridge when it's not. It's scary to be lost. I lucked out. I found a road that took me back. even more lucky I didn't walk the wrong way once I found the road. I didn't recognize anything and could've gone in the opposite direction before I found out. I wasn't worried once I found the road I knew it was on that road. 50 -50 chance I make the right way to the car first try. If not it would take me longer to find out is all. I would get back to the car though. I liked that the 40+ year old guy said he had the watch for many years still working !!!! So that sold me. I hope to have many years that I can count on it. I believe I will. The light is very dim even in darkness. Maybe that's to save Battery? O and it's easier to use than others, which I luv.

The size is a tad small for my wrist. The quality is great since setting my watch approximately two months ago the time has lost about 10 seconds. It doesn't take doctorate to set the watch.

Worked great. Fun to see the temps under water.

Nice watch but,...... this thing is awfully small, to small for my liking, wondering if it's geared more towards women than men, almost to small to read.
