I ordered a bracelet from Turquoise Network in early December and when I received it the stones looked a lot smaller than what I expected on the bracelet. That is my error for not looking at the dimensions. I returned it on December 18th, 2023 and today is January 12th, 2024 and I still do not have my refund of $85.00! The refund status says that I will be refunded on the 21st of January. Really?! You’re telling me it takes a month to get my refund but it shipped in one day after I ordered it? You can take my money immediately, but you can’t refund it immediately after it is received by you?! When I left a review on the sellers page, Amazon crossed it out and said that it is fulfilled by Amazon. If that is the case Amazon, then why do I not have my refund yet?! Quick to take your money and it takes a month to get a refund! On top of that the product looks very cheap like painted on silver and I’m not quite sure that the stones are real. I ordered a bigger bracelet in replace of this one and it was very lightweight and cheap feeling. I’ve ordered several of these products as gifts for a friend to have a matching set and I think that the quality is pretty low. If you purchase from this seller just be prepared to take a month to get your refund if you don’t like what you receive. Look at the seller ratings/reviews and you’ll see that is the case for several people wanting to know where their refund is. I will not be purchasing from this seller again for that very reason. We shall see if I actually get my refund on the 21st.

I love this bracelet! It is a composite turquoise, but it is well made and a beautiful color. The toggle part always worries me, and it did come undone once. I wear it every day, and I want to get a safety clasp for it. The flat design does tend to stick to skin and I have to nudge it back down, on my arm, once in a while. It is solid silver on the back of each stone.

The stones I received are lined up differently than shown, but I knew that was a possibility when I ordered. The stones are nicely colored and the bracelet is well made.
