This was just so gorgeous. My daughter had been wanting a poison ring because my sister had one. She thought it was so cool I ordered this for her as a Christmas gift. AND when I received I couldn't get over how lovely it was. My daughter was surprised that I'd remembered she wanted one and was giddy. Had a lot of fun today with this at the hair salon, but no half-sizes is disappointing. It is well made. I imagine I could get it sized or simply wear it as a necklace on a chain. I'm giving this ring four stars because it is a nice, substantial piece of jewelry. Unfortunately I had to return it. The problem was, the locket kept popping open far too easily due to an almost non-existant catch mechanism. I had thought to send this ring back and order another one (both Amazon Customer Service and Bling's Customer Service told me I couldn't exchange this item for another just like it), but when I went to purchase another ring the price had risen from $41.99 to $59.99 for the same ring in the same size. When I pointed this out to a Customer Service Representative I was told that once I purchase another ring they could then issue me a Promotional Certificate for anything I paid over $41.99. Since I have no idea what a "Promotional Certificate" is (it sounds like a "store credit" to me) I declined and returned the ring. I just wanted to get another ring, with a working catch on the locket, for the same price I paid in the first place.Why does it seem like everything is so complicated these days?
