UPDATED:I ordered an 18 inch ball chain and received it VERY quickly which was a plus.So far...Pros: it’s absolutely beautiful. Much smaller than I expected, but that’s good because I didn’t want a bulky necklace. It’s very light weight, I can hardly feel it! Shipping was extremely quick, I received it in 4 days.Cons: I’m going to have to invest in a new chain because this one most definitely will not last more than a week, I can already feel it. It’s VERY cheap, makes me think of one of the necklaces you get in a quarter machine. The lettering is tiny, my sons name has 7 letters and I can’t even read his name which is kind of an issue and my boyfriends name has 6 letters that are almost unreadable as well. But, my dogs 4 lettered name is clear as day.Overall (so far) I would recommend this. A chain is an easy fix and Its my fault for giving my son such a long name I guess. I will be updating this review after more use since a lot of these reviews say that it turns yellow. Stay tuned.Sadly the necklace did end up turning yellow and I’m disappointed. It only lasted about 2 weeks.

Prompt delivery about a week, really good considering it is customized. It has some wt to it, they did not skimp on the silver. Our 3 kids empty nested us, and I was missing them.
