I bought the Tribute version because it was cheaper at the time of purchase. I bought it as a backup for my Son's Casio GA-700 but ended up "borrowing" it for myself when I was called for active reserve duty. The watch is relatively small, lightweight and robust. It is discrete and the strap is comfortable enough so I could forget about it. The indiglo is very effective, perhaps a little too bright in some situations. Luckily for me, neither me nor the watch went through much abuse - it did got wet and muddy and was bumped from time to time against hard surfaces. So it gets 5 stars for a job well done and a fair price.

This tribute version has everything you could want in a rugged watch, plus is is easier to use and read than G Shock. Mine has Clemson logo, but I picked it because it had an incredible limited time price.

Got this because I’m joining the Navy!! And it has everything you need a timer, alarm, and a solid build (strap could be better) but besides that good watch for service members.

I was looking for the Casio G Shock and there is an obvious price difference. You can get caught up with all the fancy features, but this Timex watch is simple but gets the job done, it's a watch. I like the color and the durability. I've worn it during softball games and yard work. I've washed my hands with it and washed it too. Doesn't hurt that you can flaunt your college team subtly. If you don't want to pay high dollar, this has all the basic features and looks sleek too.

Had a simular timex in the 90s, lasted years, recently bought 3 of this simular model in different band variations. Very Durable watch

The clasp broke after two weeks of use, bought it for Father's Day 2023 and exactly 11 days after being gifted to my husband it is now broke. Would not buy again, cheap products
