The necklace itself is okay, I showered with it often to see if it would tarnish or lose its coloring and so far it hasn’t. I ended up using it as a decoration instead of wearing it but that might just be me—I thought the chain was a little too heavy and it annoyed me more than anything else.

The American flag initial necklace is very attractive on. It is very well made and highly detailed. The chain is also pretty nice that it comes on. It seems to be very durable and I have not had any problem with green rings. It looks heavy but it is not around your neck. It is true to color and this would also make a great gift.

I got the gold chain and planned to wear it with my T-shirts. It’s a good looking chain! It stands out against my plain T-Shirts which is what I needed. The dog tag is a two dimensional USA flag that really makes this chain pop! I do think the gold color is more of a yellow gold. The chain’s thickness is just right compared to the size of the dog chain which is a little over an inch in height. I can wear it all day as the chain is comfortable around my neck.

This Necklace is well made for the price. If you don't look twice you may easily think that it is the real deal. It is sharp on the eyes, heavier than most. I try to keep it away from sweat and water to make it last longer. I am planning to get myself a second one.
