I bought these as a gift for my tween daughter who had recently gotten her ears pierced and I thought she would like these. I was wrong...she didn't like them, she LOVED them!! The flat design is comfortable for her to wear for long periods of time and they are beautiful, I honestly can't even tell you how many compliments she receives on these earrings.This beauties have never turned her skin colors or caused a negative skin reaction of any kind. Another wonderful feature of these Tree of Life earrings is that they have been very durable, she is still a kid so she isn't extremely careful and takes these on and off often and even sleeps in them. So far all of the stones have stayed in place and the Serling silver hasn't tarnished or bent. Great gift, I highly recommend!
