This was much nicer than I expected. As you can probably tell from the picture, my jewelry is mostly just trinkets and gifts. I seldom wear it at home, because I don't have time to accessorize. But I like to wear it on vacation because it feels like an indulgence to be able to take the time to accessorize. So pretty much I need to take my whole jewelry collection with me when I go somewhere, because that is the only time I actually wear it. This case holds about the right amount, and it is pretty secure. Even with flipping it all around and over and gently shaking it, most the stuff stayed in the storage box where I placed it. The box closes securely. The outside is kind of padded too. It really is sleek and unassuming. My only complaint is that the pouch under the necklace hangers really should be clear, as it would be hard to tell which pendant was which with the current setup. I ended up just tucking my pendants into the ring area, as I don't really have that many rings. That worked fine, but just might not be ideal for those that have more rings.Super happy I got this, and would definitely recommend to others with similar needs.

Maybe some of you would use this for travel (like I intended to do) BUT I think it's too much of a suitcase commitment with its size AND its weight unfortunately. I will say it is 5 stars for nice quality. Most likely I will give it my 19 year old daughter to keep her jewelry in it at home. I will be looking for a different travel jewelry container

Reviewing: Portable PU Leather Jewelry Organizer - Apricot WhiteCons:Not much to dislike, any problems I have are more user issue than something wrong with the jewelry box. Slightly more depth to the box would be helpful for oversized jewelry like certain rings, watches, or necklace pendants. Also, a ribbon strap on the side interior, or something similar, to prop the jewelry box open while in use would be a great improvement. Currently, the top continues to close while I have it open, not sure if I have too much in the top half that it's getting weighed down, or it's just the design of the product. To keep it open I stick something in the space between the top/bottom, however overtime this way has potential to damage the exterior material.Pros:Inside the jewelry box there's a paper insert with instructions on how to care for the leather and suggestions to air it out if there's any odors - however, mine didn't have any smell. The color, materials, style, and quality are all lovely and sleek. The slim design is really helpful for space saving in my tiny closet. The interior is really soft with plenty room for rings, earrings, bracelets, etc. Mine is pretty full and usually stored upright, necklaces haven't tangled and everything stays in place. This keeps my jewelry organized, easy to find, and cleans up my collection - it's perfect for what I've been looking for in a simple jewelry box.

This jewelry travel box is well made and has oodles of compartments. It is flat and will pack very easily in any type of luggage or carry on.I'm just very impressed with the overall quality; I think anyone would be delighted to give or receive this as a gift.
