I really love this necklace and hardly ever take it off. I even wear it in the shower and it hasn't tarnished yet. I switched it to an adjustable wax cord instead of the original chain because that's just my preference. It's small and I think that's perfect because it's not too flashy for people who don't know what it symbolizes, but it's a subtle way to express myself to those who do.

Personally I like that it’s smaller. It’s somewhat more discreet, but it’s still something I can wear to show my pride.It’s actually better than I expected, but I’m a bit concerned that the chain will break off. The black color actually looks pretty sleek though, so that’s a plus.

This is a nice piece, but too small for me. It would work if you wore several charm necklaces in different lengths, but as a single statement necklace, nope, it’s a little too discreet for me.
