love this little jewelry piece. i've had it in for months and it hasn't broken or chipped. the heart has rounded enough edges to wear it isn't uncomfortable and it's very easy to take off to clean. exactly as pictured

This tongue ring is the worst one I've ever used. It does not screw tight enough to stay put. Everyday since I've had this I've had to screw it back together and have almost choked on it twice due to it coming undone without cause or warning. I'm sure not if there is a design flaw or it's just the one I received but I'm really bummed because it is super cute!

When it first came I felt discouraged because it took a minute to figure out how to get the piece to unscrew. The heart and ball both unscrew, easy to get in and out feels just like any other tongue ring. The heart is not too bulky, and nothing gets stuck around it because the bar length is just right.

The heart itself was very bulky when it sat on my tongue in my opinion and after wearing it for a few days the heart itself broke off the bar. I would not recommend it.

The heart unscrews so I can put it in very easily. Not the most comfortable, so I only wear it in on special occasions for a short time. When wearing it, it'll feel like you're sucking on a hard candy. Also, it's bigger than expected. It's a unique piece and does its job. Very high quality metal.

Was super cute but the heart broke off after a few days of having the bar in. It fell off super cleanly as if it was glued on and the glue weakened so I'm guessing thats how its made. Would love to get a refund/replacement but Amazon is giving me issues and it's only 10$ so I guess I'll just throw it out.

Cute, real surgical steel, and stays tight. Top can cause a little soreness on the roof of the mouth though.
