This has been an incredibly pleasant experience. We bought the rings for our wedding a few weeks ahead of time in order to account for any hiccups on the process. It is a little confusing to select two sizes from Amazon. Raphael called us the very next day after placing the order and walked us through the process; we mentioned we were getting ring sizers to make sure we selected the right sizes for us and he gave us advise on which one worked the best. He called us multiple times to follow up, engraved our rings and even gave us next day delivery after we called him with the correct sizes. The rings look amazing in person, we couldn't be happier with our purchase. Raphael even called the day after we received them to follow up with us and make sure we were satisfied. Of all the preparations for our wedding, this has easily been the easiest one to deal with. I can't compliment Raphael enough on his customer service, he has truly been a joy to do business with.
