I was having issues with an itchy and inflamed recent second piercing. Within days of putting this earring in, the problems disappeared. The size is perfect for leaving in for long term wear...didn't bother my sleep at all. And they look great!The earring post appears longer than other stud earrings I own. Which was handy since my lobe was swollen and I didn't want the earring too tight. Note: the butterfly back was VERY tight right out of the package. Fortunately, I found backs from other earrings that fit better, and used those.

I’m not a jewelry person so for me less is more so I got the 4mm size (pretty small). I have a right shoulder issue and have trouble changing them so I wear them 24/7 to keep the piercing site open. You can’t possibly go wrong with titanium & I take them out once every week or two and use hand sanitizer in between to keep the site clean. Have already ordered again.
