I took a chance on this since there weren’t any reviews, but I’m happy with my purchase! The horseshoe ring is very lightweight and the stones shine in the light beautifully. I’m not sure how it will hold up over time, but for now it’s great. The rhinestones did feel a bit strange when putting the ring through my nose, but it didn’t hurt. It’s also larger than my previous septum ring, so I’m able to flip this one up if I want to conceal it. It also came with a free gift as shown in my photo!

Shes Beautiful ❤️ It's Has A Beautiful Bling and shine ✨ It's Not A Thick as I'm use to them being but it's comfortable and it's like it nothing there. The gems don't cut or scratch so that's a plus. Just Get It You won't be disappointed 🤸🏼‍♀️‼️

I thought this was super cute and loved the way it looked but the ball wouldn't stay on. Doesn't matter how often I would try to keep it tight. Had it for a couple weeks and already lost the ball.

It’s super cute, but the rhinestones are not covered. I wasn’t able to wear it long because if the ring moves in your nose the rhinestones will irritate it.
