First, be sure to measure or know the size of where you want to wear them. Although these are meant for cartilage piercings, I wanted them for my lobes. I hadn’t been wearing earrings regularly and the skin had started to close at the back of my ear. I absolutely cannot sleep in studs. They always irritate where they poke into me. These are just perfect for my need. I ordered the larger size because I have pretty big lobes. I had to use a needle first to poke through that skin on the back. These went in pretty easily considering they’re a little larger gauge than standard lobe earrings. (Regular earrings are usually 20g, these are 18g) I found the closure easy to snap securely in place. I have arthritis in my fingers so closing them was a concern. They look really nice and are non-irritating. I have been wearing them night and day without any problems. I put a pair of smaller hoops I already had in the second lobe piercing. I’m very pleased with these. I have my piercings completely open and healed for holiday season. I highly recommend these.

I don't wear earrings often, but I hate dealing with partially-closed holes when I want to. I wear these to comfortably keep the piercings open and clean, and I often forget they're even there!

- Update: it’s been about 2 years now and it’s still my favorite earring I rarely change them and they are still so comfortable! Also still look and work great -Purchased these because I can’t stand a post earring while pregnant and the beginning year of nursing. In the past I took my posts out and then it was days then weeks before I would think to put earrings back on. I almost lost my hole on one side and now it’s sensitive to metal quality! These are so comfortable and light weight I forget I’m wearing them! Which is exactly what I wanted.I have had No issues with these earrings, I have changed them out for several special events and they also have withstood baby and toddler treatment without failure! The clasp is strong enough to stay but not too strong to make it difficult to remove or put on. The size is perfect to give a minimalist dainty elegance to any situation.By the time I’m done wearing these as my constant it will be almost two years. ..probably becoming my staple piece.

Ordered 15mm in gold.I like to wear earrings 24/7 to keep the piercing open. These earrings are made for this use. Sleeping in these takes a little time to get use to. Especially, since they are 15mm hoops they tend to “move” more than my “COMFY EARRINGS” post ones (brand).These are very lightweight as the hoops are hollow, not solid… making these easier to “bend” out of shape.However, a nice change between my sleeper studs and other earrings.SIZEThese fit on my pinky just on top of my fingernail. I wear size large gloves, due to my long fingers and my ring finger is size 7

I put these in when I received them and haven't taken them out yet. They are comfortable, and I often get compliments on their appearance. I wish they made a larger hoop.

I ordered these in 10mm for my lobes. Wanted sterling silver and something that would ‘hug’ my lobe. I love the quality of these and the way they’re ‘fatter’ at the bottom. I did get them in my ears, with much effort. They are just a tiny bit too snug on my lobes. I’m about to order these in a 13mm. Fingers crossed. I want them to fit tight enough to leave them in all the time, and sleep comfortably with them.

One arrived bent, but I don't feel like returning - a 2nd pair could arrive the same. I bent it back but it won't be perfect so hopefully it doesn't fall off. They are very shiny so that's a plus.
