I took a chance and bought this box because I liked the grey "distressed" wood finish on it. 2 out of 3 were delivered with a cracked front glass and returned. Anyway, I finally got an unbroken one and there was no mounting hardware but no big deal as I have this hardware. There was no template either, again no big deal I just created one myself using some wrapping paper. The box itself looks great when you get an undamaged one and I am quite satisfied. Every slot is tight and there are no watches falling out. The hinges are tight and decent quality (no wobble). The box itself is very hefty and could be used flat on a desk as well and not necessarily hung on a wall. The only thing I would change is the color of the inside.. I think a black or gray would look better. I installed an LED strip inside all around and it looks killer.
