The earrings are beautiful. When I first received them, they were broken. The inlay of one fell out. They rapidly replaced it. However, they wanted the old pair (both the broken earring and the good earring) back. So when one of the new earrings lost part of the inlay, I had nothing to switch it out with. I wasn't interested in going through the process of returning them again so I ate my loss.
