These are beautiful, round, high quality pearls. The 7mm-7.5 is a standard size for most pearl necklaces. Larger would be luxury sized pearls for reference on choosing. I purchased the 16 inch strand, and it’s a beautiful collarbone length that goes well with a collared button down shirt. The clasp is a little difficult to figure out, but there are some tutorials that showed how online, and it’s not difficult to do by yourself. Seems very secure. Very pleased with my purchase! Good value for cost!

Purchased this necklace for my girlfriend for her birthday. She couldn't be happier. I have bought many pearls for her in the past (necklaces, earrings, etc.) from a variety of sources. These are on par with the nicest ones I've purchased. The 16in length is a little closer to the neck, but I think its the perfect length. It shows perfectly with any dress or shirt. The pearls themselves are perfect. No imperfections on close inspection on any of them that I can see. I really appreciate the packaging as well, makes for excellent presentation. The box is very classy and the certificate of authenticity was much appreciated. Really makes the whole package pop for an excellent gift. I will be returning to this seller for all my pearl needs in the future.

These pearls have excellent weight and beautiful luster. The are very uniform in size and color. They are more white than ivory.My husband bought me an 18” strand of 6mm ivory pearls with a solid gold clasp years ago. I wanted a 16” strand of 7-8mm as well for a more choker-like effect and I absolutely LOVE these. The sterling silver clasp is vintage looking and mine holds very well. You cannot beat the price for this type of quality. I’ve purchased strands of pearls from this company for both of my daughters for special gifts. They love them and I had to splurge on myself.They come beautifully packaged in a sturdy box for storing, which I highly recommend. I cannot wait to wear my new pearls to my son’s wedding.

I have always loved the look of pearls, but could never justify spending high $$ on something that I would not wear a lot. I bought this to wear to my son's wedding and I was pleasantly surprised by how pretty it was when it arrived. The color and sizing of the pearls are pretty consistent all the way around - the differences are difficult to see unless you are looking very closely. This was a gift for my daughter and I was very nervous about buying online but it was a beautiful piece of jewelry. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because it was a bit short in length, even for a "choker" length necklace. My daughter is thin so it should have been a great size on her neck but it was a tad too tight, so if you have thicker neck, this would not be very comfortable to wear.

I ordered two chokers as gifts for some young relatives thinking that they should be nice based on the solidly good reviews - I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and attention to their arrangement. The pearls are luminous and look great, side-by-side they are very well matched in color and size, also all the pearls in the front appear to the eye to be perfectly round, any slightly flattened pearls are placed symmetrically towards the back near the clasp. Very well done, I will be ordering from the Pearl Source again.

The necklace has a luxurious appearance, and the pearls seem to be qualitative. Despite reading some reviews of buyers, I find the clasp really easy to manipulate.I'd purchase the product again.

I wanted to give my college student granddaughter a lovely strand of pearls for Christmas. She had asked me if I had a "old" strand I didn't want anymore. I gave her a pair of my pearl & diamond earrings instead. I own many pieces of pearl jewelry & my mother had given my daughter her strand of pearls which she wore for her wedding. My budget doesn't allow for a very expensive gift of jewelry, but these are absolutely beautiful; perfectly strung and sit in a very lovely box. They will be even more lovely on my granddaughter. They are well priced.
