These earrings arrived beautifully packaged in an expensive-looking durable box with gold lettering. It was a great first impression. The earrings are lots of fun and are very different -- perfect for making a statement at a party or with a colorful outfit. The quality of the tassel is good but the plastic top piece looks a little cheaper. The earrings aren't too heavy but the post could be more durable and might be prone to bending. Overall, these are fun, festive earrings and would be great to wear to a holiday party but they may not last a very long time.

To be completely honest, the shape of these remind me of a Christmas tree. However, I will say they were packaged beautifully, and even came with a soft plastic backing, so you can use it instead of the metal one. The earrings also hold some weight to them, someone pointed out to me that it pulled my ear down a bit. Although they have weight, they didn't actually feel heavy, they were pretty comfortable and stand out.
