I bought these as a gift for my sister and was very pleased at the quality of the earrings and the presentation. They came in a navy blue faux leather box that looks and feels a lot like real leather, very plush. There was a navy blue outer box which contains the inner one, just like high end jewelry stores use. She loves them, and the lever backs snap in place crisply, and work perfectly, she has not mentioned any problem at all. The luster was very nice, no blemishes to be seen with the naked eye, and the little diamonds set them off very nicely. I'm very satisfied with The Pearl Source, this is my second purchase and I am considering purchasing another pearl strand for myself in a different length. I have only one suggestion I'd like to see put into place for my future purchases......that a certificate is included with the purchase stating the grade of the pearls. These were AAA Akoya, and the preprinted certificate that comes with them does not state the grade, just states they are genuine Akoya Pearls. I hope The Pearl Source will consider this request, please. Their customer service is wonderful. They did send me a AAA Certificate for my first strand of Akoya pearls from a previous purchase after I called them, but now I'd like one for my sister's earring gift. It would be nice to not have to call and request this pearl grade certificate after every purchase. Otherwise, I am very pleased with this company and will definitely be buying more pearl jewelry from them again! Thank you, The Pearl Source!!

I researched Akoya pearls before deciding on this pair, and my wife is very happy with the overall quality, size and construction of these earrings - she especially likes the locking feature so they don't accidently slip off, and the pearls themselves look like they belong on much more expensive earrings (granted, the list price for these is pretty pricey, but the price for which I got them (399.00) made it irresistable not to buy them).They arrived in a nice little box, and overall we are very pleased with our purchase.

My wife is in love with these earrings. She has been looking for a small pair of earrings with diamonds and if possible with pearls. She does not like the "Stud" kind of earrings. These earrings are smaller than expected. However, they are very elegant and look very beautiful on her small ears. She can wear these earrings on a daily basis and/or for a special occasion. They go well with everything. I bought it as a gift for my wife for the birth of our daughter in July.

Very elegant earrings. I bought it for my mom's birthday. If they would be about 10mm in diameter, they would look better with more gold and bigger diamond.UPDATE for today's "big day": Today is my mom's B-Day when I put them on my mom's ears before guests, and, oh my, one of the pearls fall apart of the hook! it was so embarrassing and sad! Very poor mounting of the pearls! Returned.

The catch kept needing adjustment, a first for usOne pearl fell off stem which shocked usLength was shorted then we expected based on your pictures. Presentation in box was cheap.
