I wear it on my pinky. It's noticeable to me because I feel the thickness of it from my ring finger. It glides on smooth and glides off easily. I'll spin the spinner with my other hand. It spins easy. And the accent of the blue from the ring adds a nice touch of style.

The surface is textured enough to notice that you're spinning it, but otherwise smooth enough to be easy on your fingers and thumb.Fit is where it should be, not larger or smaller than expectations.Inside is rounded just enough to be comfortable without any odd pressure points.

I have inattentive type ADHD, and when I first heard about fidget rings, I thought they wouldn’t do much for me, as has been the case with other items designed for the hyperactive type. But I was wrong about fidget rings—I love them and how they help me manage my impatience and anxiety. With that in mind, I adore this particular ring because it not only gives me the spinner to play with, but it also has such a striking design and colors. That may be not such a good thing, actually, as I can stare at the spinning band of this ring backed by the blue steel for hours and hours. Bottom line, this is a strikingly attractive ring on either men or women, and it also serves the purpose with the spinner.
