I bought 4 of these egg pendants as gifts for loved ones. The red egg charm’s lock was difficult to open and the chain was broken! There were a number of broken links in the box! As I said, I purchased 4 of these eggs. I would like a red replacement egg charm, The gift was sent out of town to my daughter. I am not going to inconvenience her by asking her to pack it up and send it back to me. If you need a photo of the tight latch or broken chain, I will happy to provide it!
