This is one of the nicest thing I purchased on Amazon in a long time. The shine is so bright and sparkle and shimmer in the sun is so beautifully. The quality appears to be there. It has only been a few days but I am thoroughly enjoying it. I don’t think I will wear it as an everyday bracelet but I might change my mind. I am know sure how it will hold up under constant water. As of this moment I would definitely recommend.

I bought this as travel jewelry and it is a fantastic fake - other than the clasp, you can't tell that it is not real. I did receive the wrong color at first, but was able to easily return it and then received the correct item. Also, beware of the sizing - the size S is very small and tight - the M fits a typical size wrist.

I purchased a Swarovski Tennis Bracelet for my Son as a gift to his girlfriend. The cost $149.95.He gave it to her on Christmas Day. Within two days the clasp broke. I returned it to Amazon and received a refund. I then purchased the exact same Swarovski Bracelet again on Amazon. It was delivered on January 6, 2023. On February 4, my son gave me the replacement Bracelet. This time the bracelet broke between two of the Crystal Settings. As the Amazon return window closed on Jan. 31, I contacted Swarovski Customer Service via email. I explained what happened. Swarovski response to me on 2/7/2023. " Unfortunately we are unable to assist further on this matter since we do not have control over item purchases from a third party. My son took the Bracelet yo a Swarovski Store in Freeehold, NJ. They also could do nothing for him.Now that's a Company Standing behind it Product. Terrible Bracelet and Terrible Customer Service.

I ordered few items already from Swarovski and what's interesting part is its says when is over $500 it's got to be sign up on a delivery, which is a great idea. But when I got them, envelope, not even box, was thrown next to my door, like it was regular letter.I like the item and care us for Tiffany, but for the full price it's got to be handles more précised.I loved the box color, which is maybe old school and unusual.I would give 4 rating stars for shipping and handling and also wished price was more discounted, since its older collection piece.
