The chain itself is well made as are the letters, however, the small hook that holds the letters is loose and the letters fell, and my kids didn’t realize that they had lost the small hooks. We found the letters but can’t hang them onto the necklaces because we don’t have the hooks. My boys are 7 and 11 and are very disappointed. I bought letters A and E. For $30 I had hoped to get something worthwhile but oh well. I don’t know if the seller will replace these items or not. If they do, I will update my review. So buyer, please beware.
