The bottom gem is bigger. That’s the whole point...I think the design is flattering if you have a dig/deeper belly button, piercing was done with an inward angle or both. This is my second time buying this. First one was lost/fell out after about a year of constant use. I have allergies to 95% jewelry and had zero issues with this.
