However, as soon as we were able to reach out to the seller, they immediately responded and were nothing but kind and helpful!The lockets are beautiful, perfectly sized, sturdy in quality, and the photos inside are crisp and clear. It means the world to keep precious faces so close to heart, 10/10

This was perfect for what I needed. I did have an issue getting it open, but they include a guitar pick like thing to wedge in and pop it open. I hope it loosens because I can’t imagine carrying a tool with me to open it

While this is really pretty, the compartment isn't air-tight, so you run the risk of having anything you put inside fall out or get damaged if you get the locket wet. Not exactly what I want in a locket!

Got this as a Yule present for my daughter because we always grew sunflowers in the summer when she was growing up. It was packaged well...do not let the pictures mislead you, it actually came in a baggie inside the box and I assembled it for gifting prior to taking the pictures. Comes with a beautiful box, a cleaning cloth and a gift bag. The locket is heavy and well crafted and the sunflower design is clear and beautiful. The back of the licket has clear film on it to protect from scratches. My only issue is when I opened the locket to put pictures in before gifting, the inside of the locket looked as if someone had taken a dremel(jewelry engraver) to it in a series of random scribbles. (See pictures) From the outside it is perfect and once pictures are in place, no one will notice...but it just seemed odd that someone would take the time to do something like that on such an otherwise lovely piece of jewelry? However, with that being said,, It is still beautiful and a lovely gift...I recommend this product

The media could not be loaded.  This locket is gorgeous! The rose has incredible depth and detail, it's well-balanced, and has solid weight to it. The locket closes tightly but is not super difficult to get open (and it comes with a guitar-pick-like tool to help open it, though my nails worked for me). Both the chain and pendant are stamped S925, indicating that they are sterling silver.The gift box it's in is very nice and solid. When you first open it, it's packaged in little ziplock bags for protection. But, one of the foam inserts is slotted so the necklace chain can be tucked into it for presentation as a gift (I managed not to notice this at first and cut my own slots into the other piece of foam haha). It also comes with a cleaning cloth and a little gift bag to put the box in.I love it. Thank you!

This is a very pretty and delicate silver locket that I think any female in your life would appreciate. It is a little bit smaller than I thought it would be, so it is an appropriate gift for a preteen girl as well. The locket opens and two small pictures can be added as keepsakes. I really like it.
