The lotus charm had detached within two weeks it was about ten days, to be exact! ! I purchased one in each color/finish as a Christmas gift for myself, my mother and my sister. My mother occasionally wears hers and it is still intact (last time I checked). However, my sister called me after a month to say hers broke,and she was heartbroken. Not sure if I can complain given how much it cost...but regardless that doesn’t help with the disappointment. 👎🏻 Bummed out is an understatement!They’re really pretty bracelets and we were excited to have them...but they had other plans😩. My recommendation; Get something of better quality! Oh, and they popped open quite often. I’d just leave it like that after re-closing the bracelet so many consecutive times ....🤦🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Product a small. Very cute, purchase for teenager. Will see if it lives up to our expectations. Product very pretty. We'll see how long it lives up to the day-to-day activities of a teenage girl. I will update review later.

this is super cute, but breaks super easy. you can always attempt to weld it back together, but you're going to spend more trying to fix it than what you paid to have it. so, take a hard pass.

Poor quality broke after second time wearing the bracelet...first gave 1 star3/23/2017 - Updated - contacted seller and they where very helpful sent out a new bracelet to replace broken one.. changed to 4 stars...pleased to know that they are willing to stand behind their product would buy from them again...

I was hesitate on purchasing since I read the not so great reviews. Which I'm glad I went ahead and pulled the trigger because I love the bracelet! It's still in great shape and I've had for a couple of months now. No it doesn't have the tag, but no big deal, I prefer it this way.
