I give these out to clients/kiddos that I work with who have different types of anxiety and they all love them! BIG REMINDER: remember to buy a size that will fit on the person’s pointer finger. I accidentally bought your standard ring finger size, it got stuck on a kid’s finger, and it is REALLY hard to get off if it’s too small because it spins of course. So you can’t grip it. So get a larger size vs a smaller size to start.

These are the same quality as gumball machine rings. They’re that cheap thin metal and they don’t spin fluidly. For the price I didn’t expect much anyway. They’re very basic wardrobe filler. But don’t get these expecting anything more than costume jewelry.

My daughter loves her rings. She said the patterns are cute but the rings don’t spin very well. We tried greasing them but no lucky. A little disappointed because the point was to help with anxiety.
