There were a little smaller but I am not a metric person. My bad… but I do like them.. maybe sometimes a inch measurement or a coin to show size would be more helpful.

I have the pink and white set of earrings. I got them to coordinate with several pink outfits I have, which they do while making me look fabulous. Unfortunately, one of the larger ones that I received has a small dent in it. However, it isn't that big of a deal considering my hair covers it and these don't cost a whole lot. My expectations were not that high with the quality but I did deduct a star for it (I would have done a half a star if Amazon would have let me).They do measure true to the size listed. Even though the larger pair are little over an inch tall, they do not feel heavy in the ear. The back clasp is solid and won’t fall out, which is a plus. The smaller pair is about a half an inch and clamp together, which I like. They are a great way to look good without spending a lot of money.
